  • Vaikasi Soma Yaga festival is an important event in the temple celebrated on the Aslesha (Aayilyam) star day in May-June. Lord Shiva graces the devotees on this day with Mother Parvati wearing sandals and holding Maddhalam the drum and pot of honey.
