Rudrabhisheka on Kartik Purnima

During the eve of Kartik Purnima is the right time for conducting Sampoorna rudrabhishek along with Yagna. This particular abhisekha is performed for washing away a person’s karma and in order to get granted a long and healthy life and inner peace with deep meditation.

It is to be remembered that in the month of kartik, the full moon day of shukla paksha is known as kartik purnima. This particular purnima is also known as deva deepavali, deva-diwali and tripuri purnima. It is to be noted that. Kartik purnima also largely coincides with shantrunjay Teerth Yatra, an important religious day for Jains and the Sikh festival of Guru Nanak Jayanti.
