Mango Cashew Cream: Preparation Method

Ingredients required are:

1 cup of cashews

1 cup of mango pulp

3/4 of cup sugar

1 tsp of vanilla extract

3 cups of ice cubes

Method of preparation

Take a bowl and add sufficient water to soaked overnight the one cup of cashew. Once it is well soaked and bubbly, grind it in a small mixer jar by adding few drops of water. Don’t pour extra water to form like a juice. Then filter the content in a cloth and collect the cashew milk in a small vessel.

Note: you can pour enough water to keep the blades of the mixer running and try to grind the cashew into silky smooth paste. It is to be remembered that cashew milk isn’t available in the market so have to depend on homemade cashew milk by following this method.

Once the silky paste of cashew is ready, add sugar, mango pulp, vanilla extract and three ice cubes in the blender and run it well till all the ingredients get mixed up. Try to make a thick creamy mix of these said ingredients.

Note: while blending the ingredient, have a close watch on the cream how it is formed. Periodic checking of the cream is necessary so that you can get the desired result.

Turn off the blunder and pour the cream in a bowl. Now take small cup and equally pour in it this creamy mango cashew cream. You can serve it with medium chill or you can freeze it for a while and serve it cold.

P.S. it is quite easy to prepare this drink at home within a few minutes. During the Ganesh Chathurthi festival, you can welcome the guest with this healthy and tasty sweet drink in a chilled manner.
